”You know, I’ve never been on a boat before now that I think about it. Hmph.” Hell the kid hadn’t even been out of New York before. He would have to talk to his parents about going on a family vacation or something to fix that problem. Mark looked up to her with a smile. ”Saving the world is a great reason hehe. Better than mine really. I came to this place to better myself and explore my abilities in a safe… or semi-safe environment.” Mark noticed another young lady coming in on the scene. About time this party received a new member, a cute one at that.
Then again all the girls in Xavier’s were cute individuals. It was like he stepped into a dreamland. Well almost a dreamland since the presence of other males kind of desecrated it. So I guess it was more of a dreamishland. Mark smiled at the girl. ”Well pretty lady, welcome to the little shindig I threw together. It’s rather empty right now but glad you showed up. Please, enjoy the food and boogie down to the beat.” He laughed a little at that last part, trying to sound like a radio dj.

," she said in greeting to Howl, as if she knew her. " Watch out for bad alphabet man here, he tell me J come after D - not E!" It would seem that for as long as Hooligan lived and breathed, this was going to become some sort of inside joke between DJ and her. To her it was funny and true, but to him, who knows? It may have been flat out annoying, but that was a part of Nadifa's personality - among many, many others. " We just talk about why we here, and I said to save the WOOOOOORLD, DUUUUUDE!" Indeed she did, Nadifa came to save the world from the big bad villains! Ironically she herself could be considered one, but that was probably best left unsaid. " But me think I change it to teach DJ proper alphabet." Yeah, that'd be something wouldn't it? Her teaching him the alphabet, which was funny as Nadifa only knew to about M. Everything else still gave her trouble, though she knew the letters she didn't know their order. Damn letters, she thought, why'd they have to be so pesky? " You come to get WILD, lady?," she asked the newcomer while swaying the microphone, like a hypnotic charm or something. It relieved boredom, and it was fun. " Maybe find husband?" Ignorance to the point of this shindig, Nadifa could get away with comments like that, at least for now.[/ul]
