Time: 11:15am Day: Saturday Location: In front of City Hall
”The time has come my brothers and sisters. A great evil is upon us! This En Sabah Nur, this Apocalypse, is the foulest of creatures spat from the gullet of Satan. I warned the world that this day would come if we did not take action against the mutant scum. Instead of listening to me, the government imprisoned me for doing the work of God! Had I been allowed to continue carrying out God's work, this would have never happened! But fear not my friends. This evil shall not last now that your guiding light is free. We must ban together so that we may RISE UP, and cleanse this world of this evil and all like it! What say you my brothers and sisters? Will you carry out God's work so that you may one day thrive in Kingdom of Heaven?”
The crowd of people were in an uproar rallied strong under their leader, William Stryker.
”To the millions of you watching at home. I want you to get on your feet and take back what is ours. Take back our homes, take back our schools so that our children may live prosperous lives in peace! Take back our neighborhoods using any means necessary! Now is the time. NOW.. IS.. THE.. TIME!!” As the crowd cheered him on, William Stryker raised his fists with a devious smirk. The Reverend, was back.

The silvery skinned mutant had heard that William Stryker was out of prison. It had also got out that he was going to be rallying in New York and honestly she was curious as to why this man hated mutants so much. She was also curious as to how he could get people to follow him so blindly. So, the girl had made a trip to New York to find out. She'd dressed in a pink jogging suit and wore the hood up. Her hands were gloved and in her pockets as she leaned against a building and watched. A pair of sunglasses covered her silver eyes as she listened to Stryker warily. This man was dangerous, even more dangerous than a politician was an evangelist. This man was all hellfire and brimstone and that was never good. Not only was a threat to mutant kind, but he was going to get these people killed if they attacked Apocalypse. Something had to be done and she wondered if she was going to have to go to Xavier about this. She wasn't sure if Emma would get involved or not. But even though they hated her, could Mercury really let them be led to slaughter? The answer was simple, no she couldn't.

William raised his right arm up for all to see. "You see what happens when you allow mutants to walk freely? My God given arm was taken from me by a spawn of Satan. Thanks to the technologies of man I have a new one." This was a complete lie. There wasn't a single thing wrong with William's right arm, but the people didn't have to know that. He had gotten lucky and stumbled across this arm that once belonged to a time traveling sentinel called Nimrod. It foretold of future that would be near void of mutants, a future that he was going to make sure happened. On the stage with him were several men and women clad in white and black hooded robes with crosses around their necks. These individuals were his secret army of mutant killers known as the Purifiers. To the public, they were just devoted followers.
William's ever vigilant eyes scanned over the crowd in front of him. Each one more excited and motivated than the next. This was what he lived for, this was why he became a reverend. It was his sole purpose in life to educate the masses of the danger of mutants and to motivate them take action against these filthy creatures. The world would be such a better place once it was rid of mutants. Something that William wouldn't be doing again is trying to kill one on live television for all to see. To the masses he was simply an enthusiastic reverend on a mission for God. But behind closed doors, William Stryker was a murderous extremist willing to do whatever it took to see what he believed was God's work done.

The silver skinned woman sighed as she watched the man fairly start a riot. It was people like him that made life a living hell for her and people like her. A brow went up when he went off about his arm, and then her eyes narrowed. Something really wasn't right here. As the man's speech began to die down, Cessily decided it was time for her get out of there. She'd try to get into contact with Emma first, and if that didn't work, she would go to Xavier. At first she thought that Xavier's method would be best, but now she was thinking, it wouldn't be so good. There was no reasoning with a man like him, and unless they messed with his head, it wasn't going to happen.
Cessily pushed herself away from the building and started to make her way, away from the group. She did her best not to draw attention to herself, but she wasn't all excited and praising the Lord like the rest of these fanatics. "And they call us the freaks." The words were muttered under her breath as she slipped around a building.

The crowd was in an uproar and they wanted blood, the blood of a mutant. William couldn't be more proud of his dedicated followers. The earth was promised to man, not those demonic beings. William raised his arms up signaling the crowd to calm themselves for the moment. "My brothers and sisters will you please bow your heads. It is time to pray." The crowd slowly went from a thunderstorm of voices to silence as their leader began his prayer. "Father God we thank you for showing us your love and kindness. We thank you for all the wonders you have brought to us. Without you Lord we are nothing. We can not accomplish our goals without you dear lord. I pray that my words on this fine day have not fallen on deaf ears and that these great people will prosper in your light."
"Lord give us the strength that is needed so that we may rid this planet of these blasphemous creatures... these mutants. They are abominations! Their very existence is a spit in your face. I condemn them all to Hell. Send these foul creatures back to the pits from which they came. Oh dear Father, I thank you for showing me the light and allowing me to led the crusade against Satan's children. We will one day make this world a safe place for our children. A clean place, one that you will be proud of, this I guarantee. In Jesus name I pray, amen."
"Amen."
"May God be with you all." As William stepped away from the podium, one of his Purifiers approached him to relay some important information. Apparently a mutant had been spotted amongst the crowd. This angered William. How dare a mutant show its face at such a holy gathering?! "Go, capture this filth. I want you to bring it back alive." The reverend's mind already began to conjure up some sick and twisted things for this creature. As the crowd dispersed, four of his Purifiers went off to find this mutant scum.

Cessily looked over her shoulder as the four Purifiers came around the corner. Her brow arched and she sighed under her breath. This wasn't going to be good. She looked around to see how many people were around and was glad to see it was just the five of them. Less chance of someone getting hurt. "You guys really don't want to do this." That was a lie, they looked like they really wanted to do this.
The silver skinned girl eyed the crew and their weapons warily. She wondered why they didn't open fire, as she figured they wanted to take her out. So, she started to back away from them. If worse came to worse she could just liquify and slide down into the sewer. It would be nasty and smelly but she really didn't want to die today.

The four Purifiers cornered the young girl in an alley where no one would see what they were up to. One of them spoke up about her. "You sick creature. You are a disease ridden demon that must be killed. But lucky for you... the reverend wants you alive." After the woman spoke, she raised a gun to the metal skinned mutant and opened fire. But what came out of the gun wasn't a bullet, oh no. What was fired instead was a tranquilizer dart aimed right at her neck. The stuff was strong enough to take down and elephant so it shouldn't be hard to subdue one measly mutant. The other three members of her team were all ready with their guns locked and loaded with different ammunition types. If she avoided the tranq, there was some electrical barbs waiting on her.

The silver skinned mutant arched a brow at the name calling. "Oh that was uncalled for." When the gun fired she melted before the dart could hit her. She wasn't sure if that sucker was strong enough to penetrate her metallic form, but she wasn't going to take that chance. She'd been held captive before and she didn't like it then. She knew there were things that could hurt her, and she didn't know much about Stryker. The way to the sewer was a bit of a distance, so her liquid form moved as quickly as she could to get away from them.

There was a little more to this mutant than originally perceived. At first the people thought that she was simply a mutant with a physical mutation. When she dropped into liquid metal, the woman gritted her teeth in frustration. The liquid began to slither around on the ground like some sort of snake, but it wouldn't last long. Not if the Purifiers had anything to say about it. Two of them immediately opened fire on the liquid with a barrage of electrical barbs. Those should prove to be devastating to her.

When the barbs hit, the liquid started to spazz out, it bounced between liquid and solid. When she moved into solid form, screams could be heard. Her mind reacted by solidifying her body as she tried to reach the barbs that were located in her back. Cessily lit up like the Fourth of July and when the charges finally stopped, she was in solid form. She tried to push herself up only to fall back onto the ground face first.
The only things running through her mind were how much pain she was in, and the memories of what happened at the Facility. Cessily drifted in and out of consciousness. Every so often her body would twitch. Since she went liquid she had lost her clothes in the process.

Success. The electrical barbs had done their job. Now before them lay a naked, metal mutant, so vulnerable and helpless. "It would be so easy just to put a bullet through her skull right now." The woman pressed a button to activate her comm device. "Reverend Stryker, we have the filth in custody. Understood sir." The woman order the larger of them to pick up the girl. With the mutant in tow, the Purifiers walked to their van that had just pulled up across the street. Tossing her body inside, the group climbed in after her, slammed the doors shut, and drove off. Sitting in the back of the van was the reverend. His cold eyes pierced her flesh. "My God... this is such a disgrace. Creatures like this... must be-"
"What is it, Reverend Stryker?"
William reached down and squinted a bit. He brushed the hair from her left ear seeing a small device. He plucked said object from her ear and held it up to the light to inspect. "A communication device. It would seem that this demon is part of some organization. Perhaps the X-Men... or Hellions. Things just got a lot more interesting, my friends." As the van drove on, William smirked as he set the device aside. Before long, they reached the secret base of a cell of the Purifiers. Before they exited the van, one of the men slapped a collar around the girl's neck. This collar would nullify her mutant powers so that she wouldn't be a threat.
"Wake up you demon." The woman kicked the girl in her ribs.

Cess didn't even feel it when she got chucked into the back of the van. She was out cold and wanting to stay that way. If she were away she was going to hurt. Dimly she heard the voice telling her to wake up, and felt the foot hit her rib area. Mentally she snickered since the kick would have done the other person more harm than her. If she were lucky they broke a damn toe. That's when the pain hit and she realized that she felt that. It also came to her that she 'felt' the floor beneath her, like she used to before her mutation took place. Oh shit....
Slowly one eye opened and her blurred vision focused on Stryker. "What did I do to you?" She could understand it if she had attacked them or something. But she never could understand the unwarranted violence towards mutants or anyone else for that matter.

When the collar was placed around the creature's neck, her appearance changed from metal to flesh much to the surprise of the other men in the van. Upon seeing her awaken, William smirked. Then she went on to ask a very ridiculous question, one that annoyed him to no end. These creatures always seemed to ask him that as they faced their death. William snatched the girl up by her hair so that they were face to face. "You are the spawn of Satan. That is more than enough reason to be rid of you. This world was not made for such disease!" With that, he spat into her face before tossing her to the floor. "Take this garbage to the Chamber. Oh and boys... do with her as you please." A sick and sadistic smirk formed on his face as his men grabbed her by the limbs to drag her away.
They would soon reach an all metal room with walls and the floor stained with dried blood from events past. Shackled to the back wall was a half dead mutant girl, just 13 years of age. The three men tossed the once metal mutant to the ground, locking the door behind them. Each one of them looked at her with evil in their eyes. It wasn't hard to tell exactly what they were thinking about. "We're going to have a lot of fun with you," said one. He took out a metal stick then swung it at her side.

Now that she wasn't protected by the metal she had grown accustomed to, Cessily hurt more than she had since the Facility had gotten a hold of her. Blue eyes blinked at the man when he said she was the spawn of Satan. Where the fuck do they come up with this shit. When he spit on her, she snarled at him. "You are the disease that infects this world." She groaned when she hit the floor and tried to get out of their grip while they dragged her off.
A horrified expression touched her features when she saw the poor child. If she got out here she was taking the kid with her. She landed with a thud and rolled when she hit the floor. Carefully she pulled herself up and looked at them warily. The looks they were giving her were something that she didn't like, not one bit. Julian was gonna kill them for this. "Keep dreaming, freakshow." When he swung the stick at her side, Cessily's hand came down and caught it. She twisted towards the man's hand, hard and fast, in order to dislodge the weapon, and her elbow was aimed for his face.

The Purifiers were sick, but they of course did not see it that way. It was to be expected that this girl would have some sort of combat training since she belonged to some organization. The weapon was snatched from the man's hand and her elbow collided with his nose forcing his head back. The other two men were immediately on top of her. One slipped behind her wrapping his arm around her neck in a chokehold. The other drove his stick into her gut as hard as he could to knock the air out of her lungs. By now the one she elbowed had recovered, his nose dripping with blood. "I am going to kill you, you fucking scum!" The man lifted up his robes to undo the buckle of his pants.
