Tony had decided to explore a little after he'd arrived, the Academy was fairly big...bigger then he'd expected in fact but he'd only just arrived, he imagined that he'd only just scratched the surface of the Hellion's home. Today he had opted for an open collar suit with a pair of Aviator sun glasses to protect his eyes from the bright sun that loomed over the school today.
He wandered around the yard in front of the entrance looking for...anything really, preferably it would be a person. He could have his fill of people after a while but he really wanted to see what kind of people were found here, esspecially if it was just for mutants. His highschool had been a little to...clean for his liking. He hoped here would be different.

Kendra took a deep breath and let it out with an over dramatic sigh, the newly wed was going stir crazy here at the school. "I need some one to talk to!" She said kicking at the grass. This wasn't supposed to be how married life should be, it was supposed to be taking days off of work to stay in bed all day, but no. Married life turned out to be waiting for Alex to get off work only to have him grading tests or instructing the kids on martial art techniques.

Tony turned a corner and around the side of the mansion he finally found someone. It seemed the place wasn't completly devoid of life after all. He walked up to her pondering on who sh was exactly. Well she looked a bit too old to be a studen...unless of course she was one of those people who went back in to education in later life. Ah well, all these things would be something he'd find out in a few moments...so why waste time wondering? "Hello there. I was starting to think it was just me in this place"

When some one spoke to her Kendra turned around quickly. THen noticed it was just one of the kids. "oh, hello." She smiling. He mentioned that he was starting to think he was the only one around, hearing that she chuckled, he must have been new. "The activities around are either non stop or pretty dead. You just hit a rest time." She placed her hands on her hips. "So you know around here or just visiting?"

The place seemed to be one way or the other...or at least that is what she claimed. It made sense he supposed, everyone wanting to wind down and what not. He knew he'd probably want to if he had to take place in classes all day. In his last placment despite the fact it was full of people rushing around attempting to make their futures happen so they could be as rich (if not richer) then their parents it was still fairly laid back. After all, rich people had to relax.
"I am new here, first day in fact. Thought I'd get the lay of the land...so to speak. He then offered his hand, after all it was only polite..and she'd probably be a teacher or something "Anthony Edward Stark. yes, that one you're thinking of...and you are?"

Kendra was impressed, the little boy was a rich kid. Go figure with the duds he was sporting. Oh how she missed designer clothes, but come Alex's pay day she'd be reunited. "Kendra Roberts Linton-Davis." She said shaking his hand firmly. "So who would have figured the Stark Boy was a mutie." She crossed her arms and smirked. "Very nice."

Well that was quie a mouthful. Why did some people have such long names? was it that parents felt giving people exceptionally long names would be impressive? the bigger the better kinda deal? not that Anthony Edward Stark could complain much but even that was only three names. "What part of Kendra Roberts-Linton-Davies-Swartz-Mullihan do I refer to you as?"
When she made a reference to him being a mutant he simply smirked and shrugged I tend not to say 'Mutie' I just consider myself to be...extra-ordinarily talented, so what do you do here? Student?"

When he said all the extra names, getting her married name wrong of course, and she was sure that last name was pretty close to the last name of an ex-boyfriend of hers, she chuckled. She would have thrown in a 'kids these days' comment but she was already depressed at being almost 30. "I'm married to one of the teachers." She laughed. "And you can just call me Kendra, Mr. Extra-ordinarily-talented."

Ah married to a teacher, he normally paid more attention when he met so really should have spotted a wedding ring. It was probably because of his new surroundings. he had a lot more things to be paying attention to. He found it a bit odd though that she pretty much described herself as a house wife. Weren't mutants supposed to be married to foxy secret agents and what-not? she did sort of look like she should've been a foxy secret agent. "That's an...interesting career move. So what's the deal? in the big mansion do you have to wash all the plates up or just your husbands...or wifes? let's remember political correctness here"

She put her hands on her hips and shifted her weight to her left. "I wash the plates up for us two, but my real job is to spend his money." Kendra laughed, this Tony kid was pretty presumptuous, must come with money. Having status and doe meant you could say what ever you wanted to say- she needed to get rich.

Tony smirked, sometimes it was good to get this sort of stuff out of people, already he'd found out plenty of useful infomation, she was married to a teacher, they both lived on the grounds, she didn't work and so far it seemed she had a sense of humour. So far nothing had gone terribly wrong.
He was although interested in this idea that somehow she didn't have a career of herself..after all as far as he knew she didn't have any sprogs running around. Maybe she was just lazy? still she didn't seem like that type either "So...why housewife anyway? sorry to say but you hardly look like the stepford wife sort"
