Tony sat in his dorm desk, the room in a low gloom except for a small work light buzzing to his left, he prefered working like this sometimes. It made the whole expirience feel more...personal to him. He could almost imagine he was a normal person tinkering with junk in his bed room rather then a Billionare heir with hi-tech equipment bu what would be fun about the former anyway?
Around him all his equipment spoke to him, whispering their looping routines in his ear. Machines were simple, they didn't need much. They performed hte same task over and over and were easy to fix. With a breath he placed the small circular disc he'd been working on the desk...all it needed now was a spark. Sliding back on his chair he opened up his bottom draw, removing a heavy duty battery. He placed it on the edge of the desk using clips to connect it to parks of his disk.
He felt his heart beat quickly as he went to flick the switch. As quickly as a blink and Tony felt a charge go through the wires in to the disk and then...the disk lit up with a bright blue-wite glow and Tony had to momenterily sheild his eyes...it was working! but now he had to see if it would really work. He wanted to create sustained energy, electricity that would loop for ever nd never run out...something this small could power, well almost anything. Hand shaking he switched off the battery and to his wonder...the reactor stayed running. For a moment he sat in awe, listning to the angelic song of his reactor working. Picking it up and not really paying attention to the fact it was midnight and no one was up he triumpthently kicked open the door and spoke very loadly as if holding up a trophy "Self-Generated electricity in the palm of my hand. I . AM . A . GENIUS!" with technology like this he could change the world...and he now had a power source for the suit he'd wanted to build.
