Kitten looked towards the others and nodded towards the orders being given . she then rushed forward with her claws out jumped into air in a flip sends her claws down towards any loose wires that maybe sticking out or whatever she could claw apart with her claws.

Moving backwards, Paige needed to avoid the incoming X-Men and falling wires. In her mind as she went in reverse, Husk was a tad bit critical of everyone bum rushing this robot, what if there were others encircling the mutants? Wow, they could all be dead.
"Guess this round ain't yours, hon." she said, already feeling that with her 'wood form' she was unable to contribute much, or at least anything to alter the outcome of battle to X-Men favoritism. "But looks like they got it under control, there's always next time."
Finally arriving at - what she believed to be - a safe distance, the blond Southerner watched her teammates proceed to pummel the giant mechanical nuisance. "Geez, you'd think they'd learn to play a lil' nicer wit' 'er toys." she said with a slowly forming smile, showing amusement with the reckless rampaging taking place all around and before her. However, she did not exactly approve of it, but she wouldn't say that... for now.

Well, it seemed they had a really well balanced team. Correction, they did have a balanced team as the sentinel was pretty much going down with minimal effort. The grinder Colossus had impaled the robot with caught Jean's attention. Yes, it had done a nice bit a damage, but the telepath knew it could do more with a little boost from her mind. And so placing her fingers on the temples of her head, the psychic mutant used her telekinesis to give the grinder a few extra forceful thrusts.
"Kitty, Kurt, you guys might want to high tail it out of there..." she warned to the two mutants sitting on the shoulders of the robot. A few more nudges and the grinder was sent flying through the sentinel, leaving a large gap in it's center. Jean, herself floated back towards the ground near Paige, to take knee to catch her breath.

Okay...things were going really well, the team were working together and following orders, at least he didn't have a team of squabbling children who all wanted to be in the Avengers.
He watched happily as Jean forced Collossus' improvised weapon further in and then through the mechanical monster. He heard the twisting sound of metal before the sentinel took a step forward as if trying to balance. Cyclops yelled to his team "Re-form on Jean and Paige! it's going down! clear the area! as it went down Cyclops moved quickly over to where two of the females of the team.
