Skills: A lot of Pietro's skills are geared not towards his own benefit but are instead aimed at impressing his Father, he studied the sciences that Magneto was a genius in, never reaching the level that his Father was but he has an advanced knowledge in the fields of Psychics and engineering as well as excelling in the use of tactics and strategy.
Personality: Whilst Pietro is far from insane calling him slightly unbalanced would be completely fair. Is personal issues stem mostly from his family. First off is a bad relationship with his Father. Magneto has focused a lot of his life focusing on his cause and Pietro feels it was time that should have been focused on his children...more specificity focused on Pietro. This had led him to have a strange mixture of hate and love for his Father where he dislikes him for his lack of affection yet strives to gain the respect and love he believes he deserves.
You'd think in his desperation he would dislike his Sisters in some competition for his Father's affection but instead he is incredibly protective of them on the verge of seeming controlling. He loves them both dearly and there are whispers that the way he views his siblings is at best inappropriate and at worst disturbing. Pietro isn't all personal disorders and a lot of time he manages to hide his insecurities. He can be very charming an witty when he wants to be but also has the habit of being very blunt and short with people if he is annoyed.

Codename: Quicksilver
Mutant Abilities: Super Speed: Pietro is incredibly fast and can go from standing still to running at Mach 10 instantly and whilst he claims that is his max speed it is not strictly true, as the momentum of his run drags him faster the longer he is running. He can do anything at super speed making him able to make complex decisions extremely quickly and figure out plans on the spot that would take others hours.
Super Human Stamina: Pietro's body releases less fatigue toxins then a normal person making it much harder for him to get tired and he has the ability to be able to run non-stop for days on end.
Weaknesses: Pietro's super human stamina unfortunately has a downside that he can not be made tired by any activity and this means he finds it near impossible to sleep. To do so Pietro has to inject himself with powerful and mostly illegal tranquillizers when he wants to sleep.
History: Pietro was born in the Ukraine as the older of twins, his Mother dying in childbirth. He was raised with his Sister's Lorna and Wanda by her Mother's friend until he was a year old and he was taken by his Father to live with him. Pietro moved around the globe constantly with his Father living in Israel for several years where he sometimes listened in to his Father's conversations with Charles Xavier.
He left Israel with his family and their newly acquired Nazi gold to South Africa where Pietro was happy learning from his Father and playing on the grounds. Soon after Magneto found Genosha and things started to change. Pietro noticed that he focused a lot of attention on the Island and he strove to get his attention as he had it before the island was discovered. He was at the starting of puberty when his ability manifested. He was thrilled when this happened as he believed this is what his Father needed to love him. This however was not the case and as ever he focused on the Island and it's new inhabitants. Pietro did everything to impress Magnus, learning the sciences he mastered and eventually took up the cause he believed in.
Pietro used his speed to travel the globe, talking to mutants about their lack of freedoms and encouraging them to speak out. His hope was that he could brew a global mutant revolution and that the world would be united by their cause. He arranged protests that often became violent but thanks to the speed he could make sure he was seen at the protest yet at a safe distance once the violence started. When Magneto left to help Charles Xavier Pietro was one of the members of the ruling council of Genosha. He doesn't like staying still though and often travels to America to visit his Father as well as trying to keep good relations with all the mutant academies.
History Add On
After the attack on Genosha and the retreat to Asteroid M, Quicksilver continued his role as member of the ruling council, with Wanda's betrayal and Lorna's decision to stay on Earth Pietro considers his path to becoming his Father's favourite clear and ready for the taking. To further improve his standing in the Brotherhood he often leads quick hit and run attacks against Apocalypse, using his speed to be in and out before anyone knows he was there.
RP Sample: Pietro sped across the green landscape that had become a slight blur, he wasn't sure how fast he had been running but at Genosha he started at Mach 10 and the momentum had been pulling him further all across the Atlantic ocean. He had his destination in mind in mind as he spotted his location in the distance but he wasn't quite sure why he was coming here exactly? All he had in his mind was that he had successfully arranged a large protest in San Francisco and had made sure some of his more...volatile contacts were in the crowd and he believed his Father should know, perhaps this time he would reward him, even if it was a pat on the shoulder or an acknowledgment of something he did. As e got close he planted a foot firmly on the ground and came to a halt just outside the gates. He could've just run up the gates and in to the grounds but the security systems hadn't liked that one bit. So he just rung the bell an when the crackling speakers asked who it was he simply said “Open the gates...I'm here to see my Father”

Any plans in mind for the character? Really just plan on having him try to spread an anti-human spirit through the mutant community, maybe try to get some converts to the Brotherhood.
