Emma Frost needed to speak with her staff pronto. The way this school was being run was pitiful and Ms. Frost couldn't believe that she could let it slip this far. There had to be rules and discipline for her students to learn any of the values she tries to imprint upon them. Right now she needed her teachers to help her in her mission. How else could she mold these young and powerful minds into something productive?
The headmistress sat on a desk in the front of an empty classroom. She made sure to tell each and every staff member telepathically that there was meeting in this room. However she wasn't sure that every staff memeber liked to be contacted this way. It was the easiest way for her, but she didn't have time to care about their feelings. Emma didn't intrude their thoughts or read anything in their minds.
She twirled the pen she had in her hand as she looked down at her white stilettos. She didn't seem that she needed to have any other shoe in her closet. Her legs looked just fine in what they were adorned in. But Emma didn't have time to think about her goddess like legs, she needed to collect her thoughts.
What was she to discuss? For one, she would put a strict ban on girls in guys dorms and vice versa after certain hours and enforce it. There were supposed to be safe guards against that, but Emma never specifically assigned a staff member to enforcing it. The second would be a sexual education class that would be taught by a willing teacher- or VonDamme if no one offered. The next would to create a stricter policy on dealing with the teens and their absenses from classes.
Emma looked at the clock and waited ever so patiently for her staff to arrive within the minute they had left.

Alex entered the class room that had been chosen for the staff meeting, there had to be somewhere better then a freaking class room. The Irish teacher looked around the room, Emma in the teachers chair behind the table, leaving them to sit in the kids chairs.
He looked to Emma in all her Aryan wonder as he took up a chair, twirling it around so he could sit into it in that backwards manner some of those cool kids did, like that guy with the leather jacket in that old show, California Dreams. "We couldn't do this somewhere more comfortable because?" he asked, one hand supporting his chin.

Roberto almost snickered when he got the telepathic memo about the staff meeting. Sobre o tempo1, Roberto thought to himself in his native language as he made his way to the classroom. He did not like being contacted through the means of his mind. It was a bit more than off putting. The Brazilian found little trust in a person who could read his mind like an open book and even less of a telepath that chose to flaunt that accessibility. Per usual, though, he kept that to himself while he had that inkling that Ms. Frost would most certainly exploit this preference… or lack there of.
The Philosophy professor crossed through the threshold of the classroom; giving a nod to both Emma and Alexander as he took his seat without the flourish of spinning his chair around. He didn’t mind the setting and wanted to laugh at how this was almost appropriate. He held his tongue, and he was sure he would until he thought it was needed.
1= about time.

Amber had almost fallen asleep at the desk in the infirmary when she got the message from Emma. With a sigh she pushed herself up and winced. There was one class they seemed to not have stayed away from. Amber slowly limped down the corridor to the appointed room. One arm in a sling and she looked like a slow moving traffic accident.
The one called Sacrifice slipped in and looked around with her one unswollen eye. "Sup?" Gingerly she made her way to one of the seats and already the bruising was starting to fade in a few more hours her face would be healed, in a day or so the hurt knee would be, and then about a week or so the broken arm would be healed. Sacrifice carefully slid into a chair and blinked at the others.

There was a growl when he heard Emma in his head. She could have just tacked up a damn not in the teachers lounge or something. But she was too damned lazy. Well probably not but he'd had a long night of something that was no one's business and he didn't have a class scheduled for several hours, not that anyone would show. So, he was hungry, tired, in need of caffeine and just all around cranky.
Duncan grabbed some coffee on the way in and glanced around the room. Berto looked bored, Prim looked like a bit of an adoring puppy, Emma looked annoyed, and Amber looked like she shit. Yup, good freaking morning. Now of course all of this was colored by the fact that he was slightly cranky. Yet he was wondering if his conversation with Sel last night had anything to do with it.

Sam walked in covered from head to toe in mud he had spent the early part of the morning catching frogs for a class project. Sure he could have bought frogs like a normal teacher but why pay money when you can get it yourself for free? And had just got back when Emma popped into his head telling him about the meeting.
He walked over and took a seat near Amber he looked over at her and wondered what happened to her. Maybe he could talk to her after this meeting that they just had to have and find out what happened to her and make sure she was going to be aright.

A bit preoccupied, he tried to ignore the annoying fly in his head. Testing a new server system that he was thinking of installing into his classroom's system, after he had properly stressed tested it for a couple more months, a staff meeting was the last thing he wanted to deal with. Well, with no prior warning he felt she got what she did, so rising from his desk he headed out to the mental location.
Walking in wearing torn up jeans and a "F*@k off, I won't Fix your Computer" T-shirt he dropped into a seat, one leg went up on the desk in front of him, and the other pushed the front two legs off the ground and kept him leveraged. "Well, this is a first meeting for most of us." He did not to Sam, one person he knew, and winced cause he thought the walking mound of broken flesh might be Amber. Of course they could skip his class, but would never think of missing one combat class.

Betsy was the next one to come in and take a seat she had been meditating when there fearless leader decided to call this meeting out of the blue. It would have been nice if she had set a date for this instead of springing it on them like she had. She did a quick glace around the room from the looks of it the others weren't to happy about this either. Well Alex looked like he was happy about something that she didn't want to know about. And Dr. Von Damme was still missing hopefully he'll show up soon and they can start and get this over with.

Emma watched as the rest of her staff meandered into the classroom. Promtly would have been her preferance, but there was only so much she could ask of them. They were her colleagues and some of the only people she considered friends. Emma didn't need to burn any bridges in this litte meeting.
"Because it would comfortably fit all of us in here." Emma replied to Alexander's small comment about the room. Out of all staff, he had chosen to sit there like the students he taught. Her gem like eyes watched as Roberto, Amber, the newest addition- Duncan, Sam, Alexander Morgana then Betsy. The gang was all there. It was mid afternoon, so Emma knew that she didn't disturb any classes. However she did pick up on the slight discontent of a few of her staff members in the way she contacted them. In her opinion, Emma had a rare gift that she could use to her advantage. There were lines she couldn't cross, but there were just some things that just made her life easier.
Emma waited for everyone to settle down before proceeding. "I've noticed some things that have been unprofessional and reflect upon the student's behavior. I'm sorry that I've called this quite unannounced, but this seemed the best time to gather you all together. It seems like the student have been skipping out on classes, disrespecting the staff and are ruled by their hormones. As for their education, I've decided to use a new system. If students are late, they get automatic detention instead of their free period. Each staff member will have this detention duty for a week in a rotation. If there are repeat offenders, they will be subjected to a training session.
To address their hormones, a sex education class will start with the up coming quarter. Are there any volunteers to teach this one? "

Teaching sex ed to teenagers? Hell no, Alex dealt with enough uncontrollable forces of nature in his life, he didn't need to deal with telling teenagers about how to put on a condom. He did however, have an idea. "I think Betsy could do it, that British charming professionalism has its uses." he offered, nodding supportively in Psylocke's direction.
