Skills: Fanto is a skilled marksman and a formidable hand-to-hand combatant. He can read the body language of others with precise accuracy. This means he is capable of reading an opponent's next move before it happens. This coombined with his super powers makes him a master of misdirection. Fanto can place himself in a state of auto-hypnosis so that he can perform critical tasks on himself like surgery. Fantomex's ceramic armor has goggles (presumably for night vision) and provides some protection. There may be other devices in it. His mask incorporates telepathy-blocking ceramics. He also has ceramic bullets.

Personality: Charlie is the type of guy that will kill you and not have a second thought about it. He distances himself from the job so that emotions never become a factor. Whatever Weapon Plus tells him to do, he does it without any questions asked. Charlie also has a side to him that just loves to piss people off. He isn't actually French, but speaks in a very thick French accent just to annoy the hell out of people. He is a liar and can get even the best of telepaths to believe that his stories are true. Charlie is the master of misdirection, meaning no one ever knows what his true motives are.

The Mutant

Codename: Fantomex

Mutant Abilities: Fanto is not a real mutant, but an artificially-evolved human. He is an engineered mutate with multiple 'brains' for independent parallel processing, 'nano-active blood'. Fantomex's primary nervous system is actually a detachable techno-organism called E.V.A.

E.V.A. is an autonomous machine that acts as his primary external nervous system. It has extractable landing legs, hovering and propulsion capabilities, can morph doorways, and carry one extra passengr. Fantomex can see through her point of view and take control of E.V.A. whenever he wants. She can produce bio-electrical shocks for weapons. Fantomex is both telepathically and symbiotically linked to her. Fantomex possesses a secondary, internal nervous system that he can activate to prevent this, but its functions are limited, allowing him to see only in black & white.

When he is separated from E.V.A., Fantomex gains superhuman durability and can feel no pain. He has telepathic capabilities that he likes to call "Misdirection." He can create powerful illusions that even poweful telepaths cannot tell if he's lying or not. Fantomex has superhuman agility being able to dodge gunfire and possesses super strength to a level that he can bench 800 pounds.

Weaknesses: For weaknesses, whenever E.V.A. feels any sort of pain, Fantomex himself feels the same measure of pain. So if she were to be taken out, there's a strong chance that he would die as well. Just because he doesn't feel the pain inflicted on him doesn't mean that the effects are nulled. If he is shot and doesn't fix the problem soon, he will die. The same goes for stabbing and explosions and being hit by cars and whatnot.

History: As weird as it sounds, Charlie is the product of what happens when a human mates with a machine. His unknown mother had relations with a machine by being impregnated with the nano-technology, later giving birth to him. He was born in what is known as The World, a secret experimental micro-reality built by the military industrial complex. The World was used to bred super soldiers that would aid the humans in the inevitable war between humans and mutants. Each product of the organization was bred to kill and trained by the infamous Weapon Plus program. They used human subjects to splice with Nano-Sentinel technology and ran them through half a million years of cyborg mutation in a matter of only eighteen months.

Charlie had his entire nervous system removed and converted into an autonomous entity that is known as E.V.A. He was the ninth “weapon” of this program with Wolverine being the tenth. He was teamed up with two other operatives that were fashioned after Saturday morning cartoon characters for one reason or another. They team went on numerous missions from the organization to hunt down and kill as many mutants as possible. Charlie had no objections at all to this since he was bred to be a killing machine and enjoyed his work.

After a few years of this, he began to branch out on his own, taking up assassination jobs from whoever was offering. Charlie is still in the employment of Weapon Plus and is loyal to them only, but he likes to do his own thing and earn his own cash. Currently he is residing in a home bought for him in New York City. Charlie is a mutant killing machine through and through and won't let any one ever forget that.
