As soon as you are able, woman I am willing, To make the break that we are on the brink of, My cup is on the table, my love is spilling Waiting here for you to take and drink of. Splash~!!!
Nothing could be better. Paige Elisabeth Guthrie was surrounded by refreshingly cool water, listening to REO Speedwagon, and without a care in the world. Homework was done, chores completed, and her room tidied. All that remained was to enjoy a dip in the pool, something the Kentuckian had made a habit out of since arriving at the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters. Though she had only interacted with very few students, Paige felt welcomed and indeed returned the favor when possible. So if you're tired of the same old story, Oh, turn some pages, I will be here when you are ready, To roll with the changes, yeah, yeah.
Splish~!!!"That never gets old." Surfacing after a successful dive was always a new experience, despite Paige having done it, what, a thousand times before? However many it had been, there was no use in getting tired of doing it, life was too short to be like that. "Though I reckon it'd be nice if some'un else used this pool, too."

Megan wasn't really that fond of swimming, especially after she got her wings. After all, they took forever to dry, and she couldn't fly while they were wet, either. She had found that one out the hard way, actually... but that was beside the point.
But that didn't mean that she didn't like the pool, though! As long as her wings stayed dry, she was perfectly happy.
Pixie had made her way down to the pool- it was rather warm outside today, and she felt like getting some fresh air. She sat down on the edge of the pool, dangling her feet into the water as Paige dived.
She clapped as Paige surfaced, grinning. That was soo cool!

Was someone... clapping?
"Didn't know I was en'ertainin' an audience." If she had, Paige would have done something a little more flashy than a dive. But something, even if it was a simple dive, was better than nothing. "How long ya been there?"
Sploot~!!!
It was a relaxing sound, the sound of water diving to allow an object to pass through it. Leaving behind her a '^', Husk swam her way over towards where Pixie was, stopping a few feet from Pixie's dipped ankles.
"Lookin' a lil' hot, you gun be all right?" she asked. Pixie's wings did not seem like the sort of thing you got moist, which thinking about for a second seemed almost sad, as it limited what you could do. No dancing in the rain, no swimming, no showers? Paige would have laughed at the absurdity, but she mentally brushed away such impulse. "I suppose I should be askin' a name first, I'm Paige. Most folks call me Husk. I'd take a shot in the dark an' say they call you Fairy, but I'd reckon that'd be wrong."
