His plans were in effect, both the Pentagon and the White House were under attack, everything around the Presidents home would be burned to the ground already, and soon, should it be required, the first family would be at his disposal. Pathetic insects. But Magneto had another agenda. Not just absolute destruction, although....at the back of his head, his plan was changing. Why should he allow America to get away with their attempted genocide, if the UN gave in to his request? He had promised his Brotherhood that thousands would die for each mutant killed, promises should be kept. Regardless, the meeting in the UN building, was about to have a new motion put forward. The Master of Magnetism floated across the East River, one hand slowly raised, the building itself shook, tore away from its foundations. With another gesture, one of the walls tore away, revealing the insects crawling within, clambering for safety. "Humans....those of you who think you have power. By now you surely know that my Brotherhood and my Sentinels have laid siege to the Pentagon and the White House. Your people are being slaughtered, an act of retaliation that you brought on yourselves. If you want this attack to end, it would be in your best interest to accept my terms, all of which are to do with the acknowledgement of Genosha as a sovereign state." he informed. A few minutes passed, information was handed over, threats were made, all from Magneto to the good men and women of the United Nations. Decisions had to be made. OOC:The participants in this thread are:
Magneto vs Emma Frost Primarch Monet Mimic Lifeguard
This shall also serve as the posting order, if a person does not reply within 2 days, the person listed after them may proceed. If an attack is attempted, and the character the attack is aimed at does not respond within these two days, it shall be declared that the attack has landed.

Emma Frost and her Hellion raced to the scene. There was mass chaos around the country. Magneto apparently thought it was okay to retaliate against the Americans for their attack on Genosha. Emma Frost would not tolerate this mutant retaliation to occur, there were lines that had to be drawn. Now being a woman of questionable morals, Emma did believe that mutants were the more superior beings, but not the kind that would flaunt their superiority like she did her looks.
Frost knew that Xavier would send his precious X Men to the scene- the heroes that would save the day. Not when Emma Frost had an equally good team. The headmistress had deligated certain Hellions to counter Magento's minions. She sent Cannonball, Von Damme, his daughter and Northstar to the protect the Pentagon. The blonde thought it would be best to have father and daughter together. They would protect one another hopefully the same as they would the country. It was also Northstar's incredible speed that would provide a distraction and an asset to her team.
The second group would to protect the Pentagon included Eagle Eye, Slipstream, Echo and Archangel. This was by far the most creative compilation of her Hellions. Hunter was a newest to her team, but he could be trusted for this mission. His military intelligence would be of use. It was no question as to why Slip and Archangel were teamed up. Angel was an excellent flyer and warrior while Davis had a certain flair that Emma liked. Echo, she was the weakest of that group, but in some ways the strongest. Her passion for human kind and for what she thought was just would keep her testosterone group on point.
The third was slightly smaller. Emma knew that Toad was one of the mutants in charge and knew he wasn't that big of a threat. Well that sentinels would prove a challenge, but Sunspot Tarot, Tamer and Multiple could surely handle it all.
However Emma took the ones she thought would be usefull with her. Mimic, the one with so many powers he was a match for anyone. Primarch for his super human abilites and strength and Monet for her charms- along with her super strength. Heather was brought to keep the whole team safe from harm. Something that Emma could count on her for, even if Lifeguard doubted it herself.
"Alright, Calvin, Heather, Monet and Alex.... we are going after Magneto." she declared while straightening the sleeves of her white outfit. She glanced as she looked over the blue skies her jet sped through to the city. She had a landing pad on her office building at her New York Branch. It was convienently located only a few blocks away from the UN building. Emma had heard the Lord of Genosha was demanding that the UN recognize Genosha as a state. This was Emma's chance to finally make her mark in the mutant community as a protector and defender.
"Go, he's at the UN building. He's already destroyed it!" she shouted as she landed her jet and opened the hatch.

Alex and a bunch of others were chasing after someone dressed in a red and blue body suit, who currently had the UN building floating in the air, and was yelling about having his own country at the politicians inside. The weird part wasn't the scenario, the weird part was.....Alex didn't find this weird at all. The Irish teacher had become so engulfed in the mutant lifestyle, this was not a strange situation.
"What's the point in those codenames we've been practising?" he asked, stretching for a moment in the red and white uniform of a Hellion. Didn't matter though, the old boss, Magneto, had to be taken down.
Primarch exploded into flight, arms extended out as he brought himself up to ramming speed, preparing to collide straight into the Master of Magnetism. "Enough Magneto! I'm ending this!"

This was interesting. Magneto had finally decided to confirm his labeled title as terrorist by attacking the United Nations. It goes back to those couple years ago when americans freaked out over 911 and accused every muslim of being a terrorist because of what a small group of people did. After today, Monet knew that things would only get worse than it already had for mutant kind. Oh well. As long as she could still get her weekly shopping in Saks Fifth Avenue. Should Magneto mess that up, there would definitely be hell to pay.
Emma had brought her best to take down the so called master of magnetism...and of course Monet was among them. No doubt that Magneto was not a person to be taken lightly and could easily crush the team if they weren't ready. As soon as she stepped off of the plane, Monet looked up watching Primarch take the lead into battle.
"One too many flying super strength mutants with superspeed here for my taste..." she sighed crossing her arms over her chest. He totally stole her shine because she intended to deck Magneto across the face. She'd just wait until the irishman was knocked down a peg and then make her move.

It seemed that the day to confront Magneto had come far sooner then Calvin would've ever thought or hoped. When Ms. Frost had informed him that he would be part of the group to go and face off against the mutant terrorist images of Magneto executing dozens of Hydra members in cold blood. This would be the most dangerous threat they had faced. Mimic was happy that he had chosen to retain Mr. DaCosta's abilities only a few days before, something told him he was going to need everything in his arsenal of abilities to face down this threat.
As soon as the plane landed he watched Primarch race off against Magneto and knew that the teacher was far stronger then himself and choose to try a different route. With a focused thought Calvin activated his new powers and solar energy raced into his body. His skin darkened as all light seemed to fade away. With a flash of speed he raced up into the sky and tried to find an angle of attack that wouldn't threaten to damage his teacher. With the height of the attack he wanted and feeling confident that the blast wouldn't slam into Primarch Mimic focused the solar energy gathering through his body and felt it crackle at his fingertips. Solar energy tore free from his hands and raced forth as a sizzling blast of heat. Lets see how Magneto liked it when someone actually fought back!

So Emma Frost had come to stop him? Magneto had seen her little group of mutants in the Morlock tunnels, not unlike Charles's X-men. He could only wonder if they had any if the same ideals. What was surprising on the otherhand, was that the first person to charge at the Master of Magnetism was a former Brotherhood member, his old friend Alexander, whom he had watch grow from an awkward little teenager into a fine man, if now a traitor.
He would find know success in a little charge however, as Magneto raised one of his shields, a sphere surrounding his person. "Come now, Primarch, you should no better, you won't be able to penetrate these shields with any degree of dumb brute strength, and that's your only forté!" Even as he said, nearly laughing at the futile attempt, he became aware of a blast smashing into his shield, but like a minor wave against the rocks, it proved as futile as Primarch's assault.
"Miss Frost, surely you brought something more dangerous then this? Did you intend to stop me, or just waste all of our time." he goaded, waiting for a moment. But if they wished to clash with the master of Magnetism, so be it. One graceful hand rose from the folded position at his chest, it quickly established a magnetic hold on the jet they had arrived in, with Emma and two others still within it, crushing it down to form something of a cage would keep that out of his way for now.

Ofcourse those nicknames would come into play, Emma just didn' t think they needed them as they were still in the jet. But now that they had formed some sort of battle plan- well the guys at least- she took on the persona of the White Queen. Emma knew that her telepathy would only be usefull to talk to her team while in the midst of fighting. Magento's nifty helmet prevented her from using any of her jedi mind tricks on him. As Primarch flew off into the air, shouting his battle cry, Emma couldn't help but snicker a bit despite the very grim circumstances.
The blonde woman looked over at Monet as she voiced her disapproval. "Don't worry dear, there will be plenty of time to use your abilities. I think it is wise of you to not go charging off. Best to see what the men can do before we have to clean up their mess." she said as there was a sudden shift in the jet. Emma looked over at the other two women and swore. "Magneto! Her jet was bend into a ball of some sorts and she was effectively locked in and away from her team. Primarch, don't attack him head on. That is useless. You and Mimic work together to catch him off guard. Don't worry about us, we'll get out. I want to send him back to his pretty little utopia. she told the two others on the outside telepathically.
Emma growled as she shifted into her diamond form and threw a punch at the old jet door. Her fist made a small dent in the metal, but she needed Monet's help and possibly LIfeguard's too.
"M, would you punch through this with me?" she shouted. Did she dare waste Magneto's time? Hell yes, anything to make this SOB stop giving mutants a bad name. Seriously did he think that this plan wouldn't meet any resistance.

Catch him off guard? Catch him off guard? Emma clearly had no experience with Magneto, but then again he couldn't think of any reason why she should. There was no such thing as catching him off guard.....they couldn't even flank him, the shields he created were usually in sphere's, so attacking from any direction was equally difficult.
As much as he didn't like to admit it, he was rather limited in what he could do until they got that shield down....if they could put enough punishment on the shield, perhaps it would go down for a moment, that would be all he needed to get in close.....with that in mind Alex burst away, curving into the air and charging down, fists clenched together as he came down and swung quite the hammer strike.

So true. Very very true. What was sad was that all the male hellions were all about brute strength while the women were more logical when it came to battle. Then again, Maybe Monet should have flown into battle then she wouldn't have been locked in the jet with Emma and Lifeguard. "Son of a...ok, grandpa has got to go." Monet hissed as she walked beside Emma in her diamond form. " I'm guessing first thing we have to do is get that bucket off of his head so you can shut him down mentally, right?" she asked her head mistress as she began to put her brute strength to work to help smash through the jet door.
"Then again, trying to get the bucket off would be a feat in itself. Damn!" she screamed delivering another blow to punch the door off, making the ladies an exit. "So, you have any plans, Heather or do we just follow the guys and go with the attempted beat down method and possibly die?"

Mimic let a curse whisper out from under his breath as he watched both his heat blast and Primarch strike Magneto's shield like they where launching spit balls at him. If Primarch's strength wasn't enough to crack the evil mutant's shield Calvin knew he would need to try a different tactic since his strength was nowhere close to the teacher's level. When Magneto retaliated by turning the jet into a prison for his teammates Calvin flew over to try and free them when suddenly he felt a voice inside of his head.
Primarch, don't attack him head on. That is useless. You and Mimic work together to catch him off guard. Don't worry about us, we'll get out. I want to send him back to his pretty little utopia.
Well that certainly wasn't going to be much help. Unfortunately with his current power set Mimic was really only designed for head on attacks. Certainly he could try and distract Magneto somehow using his speed but that really didn't seem like it would do much good. The only real advantage Calvin would have right now was the advantage of suprise. Given his comments Magneto obviously knew what Primarch could do and everyone else was pretty much set in the powers that they could bring to bear. Calvin however was a wildcard. So far having only shown Sunspot's abilities and a portion of Northstar's since he was in fact flying meant that Mimic had a chance to maybe catch the mutant dictator by suprise. Of course given that the only powers he had hidden so far was super strength, diamond form, healing factor and super speed he wasn't sure how to do that at the moment. For now he would just wait and listen to Ms. Frost's command.
His body was hungerily devouring solar energy as it poured into him as quickly as he could manage to absorb it. Mimic watched as Primarch readied himself for another assault. Flying through the air to try and match his time Mimic placed himself on the direct opposite side of Magneto as when Primarch's fists came slamming down Calvin raised his hands and unleashed another blast of solar energy in a focused beam of power. He watched the dark solar energy escape his hands and pour outwards to slam into Magneto's shield as Mimic did his best to keep up a continuous assault. He knew at this rate he would depleate his reserves quickly and be forced to recharge but right now doing something was better then sitting around and doing nothing.

[/b] doesn't happen, or so she thought. Whatever, she couldn't compete with lovey-dovey, and right now her team needed her - more than she'd like to admit - in dealing with the Master of Magnetism. But first, exiting the jet, which was made possible by the two other females. " Thanks, you two.," she said, body already shifting to adapt to the situation. What Heather obtained this time was two wings, very similar to a bird, and logically they were to be used to fly out and away from this tuna can of doom. " Go up, or go down." Heather would make some crack, but it was unnecessary. Instead she extended her hands to both Monet and Emma, offering them a free ride down, before leaping out and extending those gorgeous feathers. Finally landing, Heather could see the chaos first hand. It was now that she thought back to Monet's question, and for the first time the Hellion actually felt like somebody would listen for once. " Yeah, actually I do.," she replied, still staring out ahead at what Primarch and Mimic were doing. " Next time, we don't get caught with the wool over our eyes. Not exactly fun having a lack of central command, or not working effectively. Primarch and Mimic just bolted out there, and we're stuck here wondering what the hell is going on." But enough of that, Monet asked for a plan and Heather had just the one. " Mimic has Sunspot's powers, right? All he has to do reflect his solar light off Emma's diamond form, blind the man. You, M, throw Emma up there as diamonds aren't normally magnetic, and when she's inside the shield she takes that stupid bucket off his blimey head and zaps him. But she'll need to let everybody know, so they don't get blindsided... literally." Fairly simple, but at least it was a plan. Of course it all came down to if Magneto could be caught off guard like that, if not a back up plan needed to be made. " In the event blinding doesn't work, just skip that and go with the diamond plan - only with Primarch instead, as he's faster and probably stronger... no offense M... so it'd be harder for Magneto to counter. Because, right now mates, I feel me wings vanishing so I'm not much good." Of course, Heather did have her forbidden plan. But that'd have to wait, right now she was going to listen to any comments or protests. Besides, Primarch and Mimic could handle themselves, they had so far, right?[/font][/ul]

While maintaining a shield to ward off Primarch and the other ones attacks was by no means a difficult feat, he was also keeping the UN building floating, and together, so as to prevent the representatives of the various countries that made up the UN from escaping while also dealing with Ms. Frosts group of fools was a more challenging feat.
Primarch could whack his shields as much as he liked, he'd just tire himself out. The other one, likely much the same. That didn't mean Magneto had time or the intention to entertain them. The Master of Magnetism started to move his hands, weaving and controlling his magnetic energies as over charged his shield, before causing a pair of magnetic explosions, focused, control, concentrated explosions, towards both of his attackers.
With another hand gesture he had a nearby building break apart, the useful components, the reinforced metals used to make it secure and steady, came flying towards the boy, Mimic, intending to wrap around him and hold him restrained.
With another motion, he pulled what remained of Ms. Frosts jet towards Primarch, at high speed to be sure to get the former Brotherhood, another motion grabbed a dozen cars and started firing them. He was tough, there was no question about it, but he could still fall down after enough battering. "Is it worth it Emma? Saving these people who hate and despite you for what you are? They wouldn't even use you as a matyr if you die here today!"

Emma knew that there was a reason she held a high regard for Heather Cameron. Her plan seemed to work out just perfectly. The blonde woman took Lifeguards's hand as she flew down onto the ground level. As she decended from the ruins of her jet, Emma relayed LG's plan. Such a pity, that thing was designed just for her team and was now scrap metal.
Mimic, you have to do reflect your solar light off my diamond form, aim to blind.
M throw me up there so I can yank that helmet off him.
Prim, keep causing a distraction and try not to die.
"Good thinking Lifeguard." Emma said while shifting back into her diamond form. The White Queen had no time to argue with her team. This was the plan. This was what they were doing. Emma jerked her head up to see Magneto looming abover her, talking down to her like a parent would a child.
"Of course its worth it! Anything to mess with your plans brightens my day. she shouted back, refraining the addition of some poorly chosen words.

Try not to die.....good advice. Clearly someone didn't know Alexander's battle plan, it was a flawless plan, if followed, certain victory was assured in absolutely any combat situation. It had three main strategies, the first step being "don't die," stragegy number two was "beat up all opposition" and the third strategy was "if a frontal assault seems foolish, the enemy will be expecting a flank, to rush the front as fast as possible!" Secondary plans included "if the frontal assault is failing, assault harder, add in shouting to scare foes."
Marvellous really. Although Magneto, as inconsiderate as he was, appeared to be making Primarch's attempts at the second part of the plan hard to accomplish, his forcefield was damn near impenetrable, when the Lord of Magnetism lashed out, the Irish Hellion was sent hurtling back, smashing through a glass pane as he found himself in some office building, he didn't take time to count how many cubicle's had been destroyed by his arrival. He barely had time to realise that parts of a plane were coming at him, but barely was still enough. With a quick swing of his fist he cast away the chunk of ruined jet, only to realise a dozen cars were right behind it. Metal slammed into his face and he was sent hurtling again, through an elevator and out the back of the building.
Not the most pleasant experience of his life, but the worst either. Regardless, the Irish teacher exploded into the air, curving around the buildings until the battle was in view once again. Time to cause a distraction, with that in mind, Primarch moved forward again, this time, instead of hitting once, but very hard, he started to reign down a terrible bombardment of blows, hoping that perhaps maintained pressure would crack the shield.
